Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Upload Specifications (2026)
Railway recruitment exams (RRB NTPC, RRB ALP, Technician, and Group D / Level 1) have distinct file size rules compared to SSC or UPSC. Notably, RRB requires both Photograph and Signature to be between 30 KB and 70 KB.
RRB Dimension & Quality Criteria
- Color Passport Photograph (30 KB – 70 KB): 35 mm × 45 mm (320 × 240 pixels or 350 × 450 pixels). Clear plain white background. No sunglasses, caps, or selfies.
- Signature (30 KB – 70 KB): 50 mm × 20 mm (140 × 60 pixels or 200 × 100 pixels). Black or blue ink on plain white paper. Full running hand signature only.
